How to politely get out of zoom meetings that should be an email?

Ever since my company has to work from home, management decided that we need to meet 2-3 times a week for “check-ins” and honestly it’s not helping me in any way because;

1. I work there part-time so I’m not really a key player that can contribute a lot and I have work to do that I want to finish quickly
2. My shift starts at 6 and cameras are required

How do I politely ask them not to include me anymore because I’m so so drained with zoom meetings I cant take it anymore
