How should I answer the interview question ''Why do you want to work here?'' And ''Why should we hire you?''

I'm preparing for a job interview tomorrow in a hotel as a food and beverage attendant. I've never worked in a hotel before or any job involving serving food before or even working with customers. All my past jobs have been working with animals and I'm finding it difficult to find other jobs now because I dont have much to contribute to a job other than shovelling horse poop all day and feeding hay to horses haha.

So i'm having a hard time preparing for these questions. I would really love the job to gain experience in the hospitality and tourism sector and I feel like this job would give me a great kick start since i'm looking for a career change and I've always had a interest in working in a hotel. I have a whole list of the most common interview questions and what I could say to answer them but they are all mostly about me and why I want the job like ''To gain experience and further develop my skills'' instead of showing them what i could contribute to them like what I could help to grow the business but I have no idea what i can contribute to the job since I have no relevant experience on resume to show this and even If i said something like ''I believe my skills would be valuable here'' ...What skills? Haha Picking up horse poop all day has nothing to do with serving customers in a hotel. I have nothing to offer them skillwise. Will they see as selfish that i'm making the job interview all about me instead of about them?
