How much do usually customer service employees earn a month?

I’m being offered a job for a customer service agent position abroad, but I will be doing the job online from my house. They’ve asked me to record a video talking about some things and one of the things I have to talk about is desired compensation. I have worked similar jobs before but in my country the compensation is very low and I’ve done some research and I’ve found that overseas, the compensation for this job is at least 1000$ each month. Is this information right or am I missing something here?
