Hopeful after final round of interviews ! I really can’t tell if I will get an offer or not. Mixed signals!

I had three interviews . Phone with recruiter , the next week I had a web interview with two managers, that interview seemed so weird. They didn’t introduce themselves, overall weird vibe . I didn’t think I’d hear back. At the end of that they said I would hear back within two weeks. The next day I heard back and they scheduled me for my final interview a few days later (today). This was with an area manager. She told me “I was passed on your resume from x and y, they said your interview was great. “ she asked more behavioral questions. She seemed to really like my answers and elaborated on multiple of them, on why they were important , and said things such as “I like how you mentioned….” . Then she started to go in depth on the benefits, and training process . She also was selling the company to me, told me about how culture, and how ongoing training helps promotions etc. At the end of the interview she told me how well spoken I am. And said that x and y would get back to me with next steps. I honestly can’t tell if these were good or bad . And the waiting game begins!!!
