Final interview

I had my final interview with a company last Wednesday. It’s for a remote software engineer position in a different state. They seemed to really like me and told me they’d discuss right after the interview and get back with me quick. I haven’t heard anything yet. Is this a good sign maybe? If they discussed right after and it was a no, wouldn’t I have already heard back at this point?
