Don't be afraid to negotiate for higher salary. The market is on the seekers side right now.

I turned down an offer that was 50% higher base and OT eligible because their pto and work from home policy was too vague.

They came back with 65% higher base salary and still OT eligible, more defined work from home policy and more pto.

I couldn't say no. I will double my salary with this move. Kind of stunned at how it all will work out.
