Does anyone here work for humana in their call center or have any info on it?

So I had an interview for humana in their pharmacy call center job and just curious how it is. They said it was like 80-100 calls a day 😬

My last call center job was inbound and outbound on each call. Client calls in tells me what medical thing they had done, I call their provider(s) to verify. Could be 10 minutes to over an hour. Probably like 20-30 calls a day usually. Most of the time on the lesser end.

I feel like even if ir sucks maybe it’s good way to get my foot in the door and advance? Not sure though.

I’m desperate for remote work I need to escape my office job asap no one wears their masks and cases keep being announced in my building it’s a matter of when not if I’ll catch this. I’m vaccinated but don’t want it still. I’ve applied for hundreds in last few months this is the only second interview I’ve got so far I can’t be picky.
