Compass Product Manager Vs Goldman Sachs VP Project Manager

Which job offer should I pick, I have two offers

1)Product Manager Technical at Compass (Midd sized company)

2) Goldman Sachs Vice President Project Manager. (The responsibilities include both product and project management with more emphasis on the project end of things)

Long term objective is to work for FAANG or a similar company as a product manager

Compass Offer TC: $166k (Location remote)
Goldman offer TC: $220K First Year and around 180K from Second(Dallas)

The pay difference is significant and that's the confusing part. Please help.
