Hi everyone! About me : M28, married, no kids, not planning on it anytime soon, Seattle, WA, 3.5 years in my current role, making a little over $60k.
Getting promoted this month, pay bumped up to $70k, great team, supportive manager, good work life balance. Only cons, no work from home.
The other job offer on hand : $104k, flexible working from home, great benefits, experienced team with deep professional backgrounds (10-15yrs work exp), highly visible role with impressive projects. This would be a "double" promotion (2 levels up). I can learn a lot, expand my network but everyone here I've interviewed here with seems serious, like all work no fun.
- I'm conflicted between money and the workplace culture/people.
- Should I decline the promotion?
3.Would leaving soon after being promoted raise red flags down the line?
