2 different stages

Had an interview yesterday, company A.....when they asked if im interviewing at other places I said im in the early stages.

Today, company B...turns out the ceo had availability and met with me. He wants to approach and offer and said he's going to review and send paperwork back to me.

Ironically, I really want company A. Company B is good too but I want company A more.

Should I ask company A to expedite? On the call today, company A said they already want to escalate to round 2 with the hiring manager and round 3 is prob in a week or 2 but they have an offsite next week..so they want to meet today and in 2 weeks.
