1 month in to job with new company and there are red flags everywhere, should I quit for a new job offer?

Does my job sound like a toxic environment to you? I’ve been here for one month now and some red flags to me are:

• There is a very high level of turnover in the office. My colleague told me that 8 people had left since April in an office of currently 25.
• On my second day, the assistant to the CEO was gossiping right next to me about how one woman left recently because “she was brought to tears by the CEO”. He also talked right in front of me on my second day about how much he hates the CEO and how everyone was probably leaving because of the disorganization.
• We have to work weekends occasionally which should be set on a rota. On a Thursday, in front of a conference call of our team of 25 people, the CEO pressured me into working the coming weekend even though I mentioned I had planned a trip already. She said “well, you can still check your phone while you’re at the beach, right?”. I declined and since then she has been very off with me.
• My job description said that I would also be working on strategy and content creation but it’s been one month and so far I’ve just been doing Community Management tasks.
• My job contract is only 5 months long and there is no guarantee it’ll be renewed. Which makes me feel more inclined to just leave it.
• There isn’t room in the job for learning&development, and my training was given by someone who had only been in the company for 5 months and who then quit on my first week.
• the CEO is very critical and wants people to work overtime where possible.

The job is in a very competitive company and sector where you’re made to feel you should be lucky to have the job.

Anyway, I got offered something better the other day and I’d really like to take it. As I’ve only been working at this current place for a month and don’t plan to put it on my CV if I quit, should I quit and give 1 week’s notice required by the law? Luckily I’m on holiday this week so I won’t need to go into the office.
