Scared of switching jobs

Hello fellow redditors

Was wondering if I could get some advice. I'm still currently young (23)ive been working on and off at my current roll which is main selling Vapes and hemp products. I've been here for 4 years and needing a change

I've work in different rolls once bartender that I got fired from and at a call center but was extremely stressful so I left. Have always came back to my Vape roll.

I have a strong It background and working on Web development portfolio but have never been confident to apply or take offers for any roll

I got offered a level 1 tech support roll, but absolutely terrified on taking it, does anyone have any advice?
