Need advice on posting job on Indeed

At my particular place of work, I manage around 12 people. We are in desperate need of customer service agents. It’s a entry level position with no degree required.

My issue is the job posting is buried on indeed which is where we get most of our applicants. I am only getting one or two applicants. Unless your specifically looking, it’s hard to find. My company is willing to pay to get it to show up on the first page. Any advice?
