Just Accepted Offer (Transition Advice?)

Hi!

So just looking for some general advice on transitioning to a new job/company. Background followed by a few questions.

Field: Data/Business Intelligence
Title: Senior BI Analyst -> BI Manager.
Full Comp: 110k -> 200k

Background:

To be honest I was not even seriously looking for a new job, but I had been contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for what seemed like a great opportunity.

After interviewing with the CPO/CEO/SVP of my department over the past month or so - I got a call Friday saying how much everyone has loved me and how they are super excited to have me on board.

The company is great, ranked in the top best places to work. Great benefits and salary went above and beyond what I set as my range.

I’m beyond ecstatic. I’ve set my start date to give me a month buffer between jobs to decompress and enjoy myself.

The company has 100 days of structured on boarding/training for all new hire cohorts.

Monday I’ll break the news to my current director and we will both cry. 🥲

Questions:

-401k/HSA - How do I go about transferring from company A->B

-What are people’s experience starting in a Zoom/WFH world? (The company is remote first and was already transitioning to full remote prior to covid)

-Are there any obscure things I should ask follow up on with my onboarding person?

-How does healthcare coverage transfer work? It starts day 1 at my new company, but do I need to contact my doctors ect and get my plans updated?

-Anything I may have missed?

//

Thank you in advance. I am so thrilled and happy right now, they really made my weekend haha.
