Is nit-picking micromanaging?

I work in marketing and am doing the roles of multiple people (design, web, social, content). There's pretty much only me. Every now and then, I'll get a message from the upper management people (non of which have marketing experience) pointing out flaws or mistakes.

Example:

Part of an Instagram post caption had a joke. It had been up for 4 days when I get a screenshot sent saying "I don't think this is appropriate." I was totally fine...

I failed to repost some Instagram stories our company was tagged in ages ago. "are you not reposting anything from Instagram? I didn’t realize it wasn’t being managed!"

In the grand scheme of things, these are so little and petty to point out. Reposting a story from a customer is not going to send all our marketing efforts to the skies. Is this a form of micromanaging? I don't know how to address this and point out I have bigger fish to fry. It's so disheartening to constantly have these minor things brought up.
