I haven't had my final round interview yet, but the recruiter already discussed salary and benefits with me and scheduled a call for the day after the final round interview - is this a good sign?

I am an inexperienced (other than some freelance stuff) new grad, and the position I'm interviewing for is for a remote engineering position at a growth stage Silicon Valley company. I've had 3 rounds of interviews so far - an initial screen, a take-home technical assessment, and a 1 hour behavioral interview with the hiring manager. According to my recruiter (works for the company directly, not an agency), the feedback after each round has been "really great", "super positive", and that the hiring manager was "impressed". I have my final round interview this week. It will be the most comprehensive by far, being 4 hours with a panel of 7 people consisting of 4 engineers and 3 HR people.

Like I said in the title, I've received several encouraging signs - positive feedback, recruiter scheduling a call the day after without me even finishing the interview process, discussion of salary and benefits, asked whether I was expecting offers from other companies, etc. However, I don't want to get my hopes up because I still have to get through the final round, which will be most comprehensive test of my abilities yet. Is it safe to say that they're already prepared to give me an offer as long as I don't bomb the final round?
