Thinking about leaving job but employer paid for some trainings coming up within the next 6 months - can I still attend the trainings even if I leave the job?

This is hypothetical since I don't have a job offer in hand but I've been applying to some positions, have some interviews, and thinking of leaving my current job within the next few months. My ethical quandary is that my employer paid for me to take three expensive training courses - one in two weeks, one in mid-August, and one in October. These were already paid for out of the FY21 budget and funds needed to be spent down so they allowed us to register for more courses than they had in previous years.
Can I leave the job and still take the training courses, since they are already paid for? I don't have a contract-based employment. I'm also wondering about my hypothetical next employer being open to me taking work time to complete these courses, though they are related to the role.
