Should I warn my boss that I have a black eye?

I [18M] took a line drive to the face yesterday during my baseball game and was left with a a pretty nasty shiner. I have work tomorrow and I can’t imagine it’s going to improve at all between now and then. I work at a high ropes course as a summer job and will be dealing with people all day. Should I warn her about my eye? Or should I try to hide it as best as I can? Should I maybe call out of work until it goes away?
