So I have a phone interview coming up soon, it is for 'Customer Service Consultant' at the Rogers Company, in Toronto, Canada.
I just have a few questions regarding this post:
- What does this post even mean? I mean I read this post several times and I still could NOT make heads or tails on what I am suppose to do in this position. Those are some big buzzwords to make it sound big and exciting.
- Is this job some kind of field work, is it a call center position, is it sales?
- Before this phone interview, I had to do some kind of workplace-analytics thingy test, and honestly I was a bit scared going through because a lot of the questions felt like they were trying to find a Manipulative narcissistic sociopath; i.e: being able to manipulate the client if need be. Are these kinds of Company Tests normal?
- What do I need to be aware of during the phone interview? What should I say or shouldn't say?
