when i have an interview for a part time job they tell me if they like my work after 6-8 months they will keep me on for full time.. during the 6-8 months, i keep hearing what an amazing job im doing how they like having me around, they are impressed with my work ect.. then after the trial period ends i ask them about the full time position they mentioned then i hear excuses like we can't afford it right now, nows not a good time.. but then they would end up hiring a few more people...
so i end up looking for anther job, and basically the same thing happen over again.. i dont know what im doing wrong here or why this keeps happening..
i am doing everything i can to fund full time work and i dont hear back at all.. i use indeed, linkedin, other job sites, i look in the city, on a daily basis.. and i dont hear back at all...
why do i only hear back from part time positions that end up being a dead end?
