I have 5 y of working at the hotel reception, i am failing interviews for corporate reception

I would appreciate any tips, i have supervisor position at the hotel but im applying for receptionist position in corporate(step down but more money). I failed all the interviews for some reason and haven't received any feedback. Any advice would appreciated
