FAA is hiring Air Traffic Control Trainees

This job posting is for an entry level air traffic control position. Main requirements are to be under 31 years old, and to either have 3 years of 40+ hours a week job experience, or a 4 year degree in any job or degree field you’d like.

The program is designed to train individuals with 0 aviation experience to become controllers.

Pay listed is academy pay which you will receive a tax free per diem allowance for food and housing in addition to the listed pay while at the academy.

Pay will then progress as you gain experience through the on the job training program, similar to an apprenticeship. Average yearly pay once through training is $120,830
