I am a mess rn

I just got done with my interview and I literally cannot stop refreshing my damn emails even though they said I won’t hear back till Monday. I’m a mess, I can’t stop thinking about the interview and one particular question where I could have answered differently. I’m like beating myself up about it, and reading other job post. I hate this feeling. I’m just sitting here thinking about the possibility of missing out on an amazing opportunity.
