Best way to keep the conversations going with a recruiter?

So long story short, I interviewed for a dream job at a dream company at the beginning of this month which I was unfortunately unsuccessful with due to them thinking I need a few more months in my current role first (which may have also just been a brush off too).

When I got the feedback from the company’s internal recruiter, she said we could possibly revisit in around 3-6 months, however I want to at least keep conversations going (maybe like once a month?) for the time being so I’m not forgotten about or even best case scenario, have a second chance sooner too.

Not sure what/how I should message the recruiter to keep conversations going in a casual way purely for the sake of preventing her forgetting about me, so any advice is much appreciated :)
