Currently on the east coast. Looking for jobs in HI.
I have about 3 years of experience and am qualified for all the jobs I've applied too but I've just been getting ghosted left and right. I've put on my resume that I plan on relocating but obviously I can see why most employers don't want to hire someone who doesn't even live in the state. However, Hawaii is such a big move I don't want to move there without a job lined up.
Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to even make it past the door to get an interview? I've already gotten rejected twice, one was a flat out rejection and another one told me they are only accepting applicantsts that currently reside in O'ahu and to reach out after I have relocated.
