Update on the job letter

Hi, I got an updated job offer letter and I found that the name I’d report to is changed. I asked hr why and they said there are some updates in the team structure and I’ll get a call from the manager before starting. Should I be asking what the updates are or just sign the offer? If I ask I’d be annoying since hr said I’ll get a call later right?
