I had an interview about a month ago and had a call with the hr person 2 weeks ago saying I had good feedback but they are waiting on headcount which I was supposed to hear back about last week. It’s been 2 weeks since the call and I’m thinking I am a second choice or not being considered anymore. Anyone have any advice and know what is going on?
