Hello. Doing my resume for a job in HR right now and I don't have a clue on skills I can transfer to hr. Everyone said you should connect your experience to the jobs you want but ughhh it's so hard. I did some time for retail and admin works and some volunteer work and that's it. The things I can think about it are training, office management, resume screening, talent management, performance management. But how to state it in a resume under the job descriptions? Appreciate it if anyone can lend a helping hand.
