I have read over time to keep it at ten years, and maybe add a summary or mentioning it in the resume summary. Maybe moving some of that experience into my other roles? I am only talking about the Director level roles / resume.

Should I include / delete my oldest employer, for a Director level resume? It goes back so many years ago but it was over a decade of employment just with that employer. I've been in the industry - Corporate accounting about 22 years (yeah, showing my age).
I am thinking to include it when the role might as for 15+ years experience. The senior role I am looking at now only asks for 10+ years.
