Need references

I finished grad school and then the pandemic hit. My brother was able to work remotely so he was providing for the family. I started to look for jobs, and many ask for references on the application. I am very shy/have social anxiety and have basically not spoken with my professors, preceptors since graduation. Nor have I kept in touch with old classmates or co-workers. Any help would be appreciated in how to go about asking for references from people I have not spoken to in years.
