Missed a hiring manager call. How and when should I follow up again?

I missed a call from an office manager two weeks ago for one of my dream companies. She called a day after I submitted my application, which was (in)conveniently the same day my phone battery died and I had to wait for a replacement. I called them back first thing this morning, left a voicemail, and then sent over an email. I haven’t gotten a response yet, and if I don’t, when would be the best way/time to follow up again? Or is it not acceptable to follow up more than I have already done?
