Just got accepted for an interview for an at-home customer service job...pls help lol

They give you full training and everything, but honestly I'm not sure what to say on the interview. Im just gonna be talking to customers, answering questions, helping place orders etc. Im not sure what skills to mention i have besides just basic customer service (which I really don't have, but they assume a lot of the the applicants have no prior experience). Is there other skills i should know about that i should mention on the interview? Here are a few that im thinking about mentioning:

• Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Google Drive

• I believe I'm a good speaker insofar as I can express myself clearly and am good at being direct and unambiguous
