I have the qualifications to do the entry level job. How can we convince employers that the qualification is enough for us to do their role properly?
I have completed the entry level qualification for the field I want to go in to. It's AAT Level 2. How can I convince employers that this is enough for me to easily fill their entry level position.
The learning spec for the qualification and the duties within the job posting are almost always identical.
I have been taught how to do these duties, and I have had my ability to do these duties tested under exam conditions and achieved a distinction (96% over the entire course) while doing so. I have a certificate that proves an internationally recognised awarding body has tested my understanding of the knowledge needed to perform the duties outlined in your job posting, and I passed their exams with flying colours.
Why are they seemingly fixated on 1 - 2 years of essential experience for this entry level role (the lowest within this field) where the duties are literally GCSE / High School Dimploma Level?
