I got into a company just a few weeks ago after a lot of job interviews. The interviewers (both leader and subleader) from my current team quit before I came in. I didn’t know about it during the interviews nor was I told. Then, the mentor who was assigned to me also quit this morning. From what I understand about my current company’s situation, there’s a management level change ongoing because a big firm decided to buy out our company. Is this quite common when there’s a change in management or stakeholder? The working condition here is not so bad though and I’m almost here for two months.
