Control room operative job interview

I got the interview chance of my college recommendation, I have a degree in industrial engineering and I’m currently working in a consulting office with a meh routine job it has some good perks but the salary isn’t encouraging.

Anyway I have an interview supposedly tomorrow, what should I expect? Considering I don’t have any experiences in the field. The job title is CR Operative in a government owned security services company, I know they mainly focus on the language in my country which I’m confident about but what other aspect I should focus on?
