Booz Allen offer - senior associate

Has anyone worked for or still working at Booz Allen as senior associate? I am currently in the interviewing process which most probably will lead to an offer. I have read a lot of comments online, but most of them are written by consultants and I am missing a real feedback from a senior associate, who as far as I understand will mostly manage projects and people instead of going hands-on. Any advice or perspectives would be really helpful, especially around work-life balance, stress and career growth. Thank you!
