If you get an interview by cold calling a retail or fast food place are your chances increased in getting the job? And how come employers sometimes give interviews to people that cold call them? I'm just curious to know what the employer is most likely thinking when it comes to these types of situations and if I have a better chance at getting a job by cold calling.
