Applying to a different line of work and I feel stuck trying to describe my previous job experience on my resume.

Hey all,

So, a little background information about myself: I've been a pharmacy technician for two years. I mainly got into it so I could have a good job during college but recently I've been wanting to get experience in the field I'm currently studying, which is IT. My community college offers an apprenticeship in IT and I'm going to apply to it. However, while typing up my resume, I felt like my previous responsibilities don't really match and aren't very strong.

I tried to make my experiences more customer service oriented since I feel like I didn't do a whole lot of technical support duties.
