Wrongful write up?

I was recently written up for something I didn’t do without any verbal warning and now none of my coworkers will return my calls or texts. Am I about to be fired and if so, can I sue for wrongful termination? I sincerely feel as if I am being targeted, especially since a coworker who usually returns my calls could get promoted if I lose my job. Everyone up here seems to stick together like inbred Hillbillies as well. Is there anything I can do to fight this at all and get the wrongful write up off my record? Please help!
