I’m a little confused about bringing a purse to an interview for a government position. What do I do with my purse during the interview? I don’t like putting my purse on the floor but it seems like it might a distraction if I keep my purse in my lap. Also what if I bring a leather folder instead? I’m running into the same dilemma of not knowing what to do with it once I sit down for the interview. Any advice would help.
