Should I apply for two internal roles within the company I work for or only one?

I've been in my current role for about 4 years and have gained a lot of relevant experience to move up.

There is a Team Lead role open and I perfectly fit in this role and have 100% relevant experience for this role. I check all of the boxes and have literally done everything this role asks for. I've applied for this role today.

There is another "Specialist" role that is opening up, technically the Team Lead is above a Specialist on hierarchy.

I highly prefer the Team Lead role and am confident that I am the best fit internal candidate. Would it hurt my chances of getting this role by also applying to the role that is under it?
