Resignation letter... horrible bosses

Just wondering who is about to stick it to their boss coming up.. I am giving mine my resignation letter next Friday. I have another job lined up but want to hear who is in the process of also doing this. Are you guys gonna tell your boss the reasons why you are leaving? Also do you have to tell them where you are going? What is the best way to go out ?
