Lies in the workplace.

Hello everyone, so since last week up until today I have been hearing from my coworkers that apparently the higher ups have been told that I am a lazy, no good, horrible worker, that I am on my phone constantly and that I need to change my ethic and myself as a person if I want to keep the job. However I wasn't told this by the bosses and everything that is being said about me is false. I plan on leaving this job for one that I am attempting to have the ball rolling and with more opportunities. What can I do in the meantime until I manage to successfully land the new job.
