Help am I getting fired? In california

So I been out on medical leave going on 4 months now im suppose to go back in June. Every month I see my doctor and he writes me a note I always text the owner she will reply thank you received. There is no HR this time I didn't get a reply back or an answer. Am I being let go? How should I go about it honestly I don't care for this job since this job caused me so much stress but I need the income so I would like to know if I am being let go. And if I apply for unemployment what do I say? I am collecting SDI benefits due to my medical leave but this will be my last month
