Having trouble finding a new job.

So I have been working a marketing/fundraising position for about 2.5 years. I started in college and have worked my way up to a full time position. Recently, I have been looking for a new similar position in my area. I have applied to numerous places over the last few months and I’m not even getting first call interviews like I was before I started full time. I don’t know if my resume is a turn off or I don’t have enough experience even though I’m applying to positions that require 1-3 years. They seem like good fits for me but after I apply I don’t hear anything back. It’s just discouraging. I am ready to move on from my current position because the pay isn’t that great and there isn’t any advancement opportunity.
