Can I counter a job offer for lower income and more RSUs?

The current offer is 110k base and 100k RSUs vested 25% per year over four years. That would put the annual comp at 135k, representing 540k over 4 years assuming no raises.

Is it unheard of to counter with a 25k base and 600k in RSUs? The annual comp would be $175k

This is a $40B tech company and I'm already financially independent ($2.1M) so I can take a big risk.

My current role is $210k annual comp so I'm trying to creatively bridge the gap because the new role is very interesting but I wouldn't want to take a major pay cut.
