Should I negotiate salary after originally saying my rate for contract work through a recruiter?

A recruiter reached out to me for a shorter contract role, and I told them my set rate for that kind of work, which the client agreed to. However, after our interview, the client asked if I would be interested in a full time job, and they're coming back to me after the weekend with an offer, which it would appear is going to be at my set rate, just with true employment instead of a contract.

It's a remote job, so I struggle to identify the true value of my position given my low cost of living in my area. My rate already represents about $25k more a year than I actually felt I'd take in my job search, and the existing offer that's being changed now is actually a lot more than I've ever made.

How hard do I push here? I'm unemployed so I don't have a ton of leverage.
