Resign or not?

Hi. As the titles says I'm asking only for some opinions so I can decide rationally. So here it is, I have a job but I feel like quitting, I feel anxious as the days goes by due to pandemic that is seriously hitting my country rn. I honestly feel that I want to quit due to firstly is the pandemic and secondly is that I just want to shut myself in. I know, thay if I quit I need to render 30 days but I really don't want to go out anymore and to just shut myself in. Please help. I started to look for psych consultations also but to no avail..
