Kennel Office Assistant/receptionist

I have always worked odd jobs (like a farm or chocolate factory) or highschool jobs (like cashiering or washing dishes) and sometimes I psych myself out that I'm not capable of something. Is it hard to be a receptionist? The job description is

"We are looking for someone motivated to work with people & their dogs so applicants must have great people skills & love dogs.

The office duties include answering phones, filing, checking clients in & out, assisting kennel staff members with daycare dogs, and other duties as needed. Room for growth.

We prefer someone with computer skills but can train."
