Interview advice with STAR format

Hi everyone!

Hoping to have a successful interview this week with a company I’ve been trying to get into for the past 1.5 years. Got through the phone interview and my next interview is a video call.

The details mentioned it will be in the STAR format. Having never done one, looking for some advice to help me land this job.

When answering my questions should I specifically call out what the situation is , what my task was, what actions I took, and what the result is? Or should it flow naturally on its own without me specifically saying this is what the situation was, etc
